New Delhi: Today at 11 am on Wednesday morning, farmers have announced ‘Delhi Kooch’. There has been a four-round talks between the farmer and the government, but there has been no agreement between the farmers and the government, after which the farmers have announced to continue their march.
Farmers say that we want to go to Delhi peacefully. Farmer leader Dallewal said that the government should remove the barricade and let the farmers go to Delhi in peace.
Farmers demand is that the minimum support price (MSP) should be made a guarantee law. The debt of farmers should be forgiven. The government should withdraw all the cases which were made against the farmers during the previous farmers demonstrations.
Farmer Protest: 'Delhi Kooch'
This morning, before the Delhi Cooch, farmer leaders held a press conference. Addressing the media, farmer leader Saravan Singh Pandher said, “We are tried our best from our side. Prime Minister should come forward and accept our demands.

During the press conference, Jagjit Singh Dhallawal said,”Our intention is not to create any chaos… We have made a programme to reach Delhi since November 7. If the government says that they didn’t get enough time this means the government is trying to neglect us… This is not right that such huge barricades are placed to stop us. We want to go to Delhi peacefully. The government should remove the barricades and let us come in… Otherwise, they should fulfil our demands… We are peaceful… If they extend one hand, we will also cooperate… We have to handle the situation with patience… I appeal to the youngsters to not lose control…”

Talking to the news agency ANI, the Agriculture Minister of the Government of India said about the farmer’s covenant, “We want to do good and several opinions can be given so, as we always welcome good opinions. But to find a Way on how that opinion will be fruitful, the only way is conversation.

But the farmers say that if you (Indian Goverment) are worried about asking for our demand, then you protect the constitution of the country. We should be allowed to go to Delhi with peace in a manner. This is our birthright.
