The Kejriwal government is planning to set up training camps at labor squares and construction sites in the region to enhance the skills of workers and improve their livelihood.In recognition of the workers’ dedication towards skill upgradation, the government will compensate for the wage loss during the training period.

The purpose of the financial assistance is to encourage more workers to participate without fear of economic setbacks, follow Recognized Prior Learning (RPL) guidelines, and ensure fair compensation for workers engaged in upskilling.
