“Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya will be celebrated across India on January 22, 2024. To enable employees to participate in the celebrations, it has been decided that all Central Government offices, Central Institutions and Central Industrial Areas across India Establishments will remain closed.” Half day till 14:30 (2:30 pm) on January 22, 2024,” a government press statement said.
“All Ministries/Departments of the Government of India may bring the above decision to the notice of all concerned,” the statement said.
Apart from the central government, many states have also declared holidays to celebrate the inauguration of Ram temple in Ayodhya.
The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has declared a holiday in all schools and colleges in the state on January 22 in view of the inauguration of Ram Temple.
Notably, Ayodhya is being decorated for the “Pran Pratishtha” of Ram temple on January 22 and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Yogi Adityanath and other special invitees are expected to attend the mega event. Are ready.
