New Delhi: The day for which the entire country was eagerly waiting has arrived. For the last 500 years, every person in Ayodhya and the country was waiting to see when Lord Shri Ram would enter his permanent temple. Thanks to years of court hearings and years of political fighting by the right-wing parties of the country, today a grand Ram temple is being inaugurated in Ayodhya.
Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi will formally conclude the puja of the consecration of the idol of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. The world will witness the consecration of the largest Hindu temple of this century. People across the country have made preparations to celebrate today like Diwali and New Year.
Some state governments of the country have declared an official holiday for the whole day while some state governments have declared an official holiday for half a day in their offices. In this series, Arvind Kejriwal’s Delhi government has also announced a half-day holiday in Delhi.
Also, the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi will organise a procession today on the occasion of the consecration of the grand Ram Temple and has instructed all its leaders that all the big leaders of the party should participate in the procession.
Along with this, the party will also organise bhandaras at various places across Delhi. The Kejriwal government of Delhi is already taking the elders of Delhi to visit Ayodhya through its famous pilgrimage scheme. Arvind Kejriwal has assured the people of Delhi to run more trains on the Ayodhya route of this scheme.

Yesterday, before the program of Lord Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also reached Pyarelal Auditorium in Delhi to watch the 3-day Ramlila organised by the Delhi Government. Let us tell you that the Delhi Government was organising Ramlila in Delhi for 3 days. Before the Pran Pratishtha program, the Delhi government conveyed the sacrifice, sacrifice, love, kindness and blessings of Shri Ram Ji to the people of Delhi by organising a 3-day Ramayana event.
Arvind Kejriwal also arrived on the last day of this 3-day program and first performed the aarti of Lord Shri Ram, Mata Sita and Laxman ji along with Lord Hanuman and enjoyed Ramayana.
Later, while addressing all the Ram devotees, he explained in detail about what Ramrajya should be like, what will have to be done in it and what responsibilities will be there. He requested the people and governments that now we all should work together to fulfil the dream of Ram ji. What should be the concept of Ram Rajya, what is necessary and how the Delhi government is working with inspiration to fulfil the dream of Shri Ram ji by following the ideals of Shri Ram ji.
Arvind Kejriwal emphasised on some main tasks and he further said that it should be adopted by all the governments. When we all work together on these things, it will help in bringing Ramrajya and welfare of the people.

The main points of his address and the concept of Ram Rajya on which the Delhi government is sincerely engaged:
- Arvind Kejriwal said that no citizen of Delhi should sleep hungry.
- Every poor person is given a proper and free ration.
- In Delhi, we built night shelters for the homeless, where arrangements for their stay and food have been made.
- Our government has decided that every child should get a good education. Whether he is a poor child or a rich child. And now good education has also started getting available in Delhi.
- Our government has decided that every person should get good and free Health treatment.
- Everyone should get security including women, all citizens should feel safe in the state.
- Every person should get electricity. Everyone should get 24 hours electricity and it should be free, like everyone is getting 24 hours electricity in Delhi.
- Every person should have access to clean drinking water. The government is engaged in ensuring that water reaches everyone’s home.
- All elders wish to go to a pilgrimage place once in their life. Due to various reasons, many elderly people are unable to undertake pilgrimage, so our Delhi government is providing free pilgrimage to the elderly.
- Everyone, whether small or big, poor or rich, of this caste or that, of this religion or that religion, should get equal rights and respect and everyone should live with love.
