Rajya Sabha Election: Second list of Congress for Rajya Sabha elections, ticket to Maken-Renuka Chaudhary, Sonia Gandhi filed nomination from Rajasthan
Congress has released the second list of candidates for Rajya Sabha elections. Ajay Maken, Dr. Syed Naseer Hussain and G.C. from Karnataka. Chandrashekhar has got the ticket. Ashok Singh from Madhya Pradesh, Renuka Chaudhary and Anil Kumar Yadav from Telangana have got the ticket and the party has nominated Abhishek Manu Singhvi from Himachal.

Rajya Sabha elections: BJP President JP Nadda gets ticket from Gujarat, Chavan from Congress gets ticket from Maharashtra
Chavan had joined BJP on Tuesday after leaving Congress on Monday.
JP Nadda is currently a member of Rajya Sabha from Himachal Pradesh. However, this time BJP does not have enough numbers to win the Rajya Sabha elections from Himachal Pradesh, hence the party has made JP Nadda the Rajya Sabha candidate from Gujarat this time.

BJP has also made Govindbhai Dholakia, Mayankbhai Nayak and Jashwant Singh Salam Singh Parmar its candidates.
Whereas Union Ministers Mansukh Mandaviya and Purushottam Rupala have not been given Rajya Sabha tickets. Both are outgoing Rajya Sabha members whose membership is expiring.
At the same time, the party has also not nominated Narayan Rane from Maharashtra.
